What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect your name, phone number, optional email, your dog's details, grooming notes, scheduling preferences and any photo you choose to upload. When you leave a review we collect your name, rating, review text, optional photo and optional email.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, groom your dog, and keep grooming records. Pet care and handling notes are kept private and are only visible to the business owner.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Reviews and photos are displayed publicly only with your consent and after approval. Your email is never displayed.
Messaging
Tapping Text or WhatsApp opens your own messaging app. Messages are sent by you, through your carrier or WhatsApp, under their privacy terms.
